Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) St. Elizabeth Project (TIP) Performing
scheduling services on the St. Elizabeth Project. Serving as a project
coordinator/Scheduler, responsible for coordinating our Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS) with the General Contractor’s to develop an overall Integrated
Master Schedule using Microsoft Project. Incorporating baseline change
requests (BCRs) into the Integrated Master Schedule. Facing with monthly
delivery of program CDRLs (IMS and CPR all 5 formats).
2009 – 2011
General
Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) BRAC 133 Mark
Center Project: Develop the
resource-loaded proposal schedules using ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS guidelines,
Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using
Primavera P6 for the BRAC 133 project. Develop resource-loaded baseline
schedule which interfaces with Cobra. Worked with General Contractor to
develop an Integrated Master Schedule with horizontal and vertical
traceability. Provide monthly updates, progress reports and Resource curves.
2002 - 2009
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) Pentagon Renovation Project: Responsibilities
included interfacing with GDIT PENREN team members and Pentagon personal to
ensure technical and schedule objectives are met. Objectives consisted of
planning, engineering, and implementation. Duties include requirements
analysis, providing construction over site and coordinating issues that
affect the installation of the telecommunications infrastructure with various
contractors, government representatives and GDIT personal. Developed Wedge 2
project schedule Using Primavera P3, tracked progress,
provided weekly and monthly updates. Maintained wedge 4 project schedule,
tracked progress, provided monthly updates for payment. Provided earned value
reports to our finance department. Developed wedge 5 cost loaded project
schedule.
Performed site
surveys, provided field designs and documentation to the engineering
staff. Analyzed engineering drawings to ensure designs include all
requirements and for issues that affect the project/task. Coordinated with
the Quality Assurance (QA) Team to resolve discrepancies. Supervised staff
and contractors that installed the structured cabling and infrastructure to
insure work is completed on schedule and per contract specifications. The
build out of area telecommunications closets that included installing equipment
cabinets and racks, grounding, fire stopping, cable trays, conduits, power
distribution units, patch panels, patch cords, switches and power supplies;
and testing associated cables and wiring.

Warner Construction Consultant: Pentagon Renovation Project: Maintained and
integrated General Dynamics wedge one master program schedule for the
Pentagon Renovation Program to include providing the Renovation Program with
weekly updates and progress reports, monthly earned value analysis and
milestone comparisons for reporting to the Program Manager and Finance
Office. Developed, integrated and updated General Dynamics wedge two cost
loaded schedule, program specific WBS and internal project cost accounts to
facilitate better schedule and cost tracking cohesiveness for actual cost
tracking vs. earned value billings on the PenRen program.

for auditing construction projects for determining cause of delay. Duties
